Gilded Cage pt.1 by *mickryan is conceptually stunning if not provocatively awesome in its own rights. You can thoroughly feel the artist's way of executing this piece of marvel: from conceptualization to composition. A gallery worth checking out if you like things that makes you think. Beautiful. Her expression gives a lot of emotion to the piece.

Quite a sad image though.

Damn it you're a genius and your muse is delightful. Is my imagination or were there two images of this nature earlier?

The background really pulls the whole image together, although I am wondering where you found such a large cage, I'm also wondering the local in general.

Do you add the shadows to the edges or do those happen naturally? However you combine things, it really works all together.

I love this photo in so many ways. The model is beautiful, that cage is absolutely spectacular, your composition is masterful, and I don't know how you achieve that wonderfully clear but vintage look to your photos...

My one and only complaint is that once you notice that the wings are placed upside down (the "bony" part should be along the top, but it is along the bottom here), it becomes distracting. But if the wings were shaped upward, it wouldn't create the lovely lines that you have here. Its a shame that you didn't have wings shaped downward to begin with, so kudos to you for recognizing the superior lines and going with what you had. I still love this photo.
